Teacher pens

Both of my daughters asked if I could make pens for their teachers as an end of the year gift, The large cigar pen is made out of Black Palm and the smaller Retro one is out of Walnut.

Baby Cradle

I've made a few of these cradles over the last 6 or 7 years but I still really enjoy making them. We have a family reunion coming up this weekend and they like to raffle off items to help pay for the the next reunion. I decided to do a cradle, I started it on Wednesday at noon and finished it at 12:30 AM on Thursday. I hope someone at the reunion will like it.

Well?

I think I haven't been all that good at posting here, well the reason is that I haven't been doing much in the shop. I've been working so much that the wood is just sitting there collecting dust instead of becoming it.

I hope to get some time in the shop soon.

Goodbye 2010

Well the new year is here and we get to start fresh. I'm in the process of designing a hall table at the moment and hope to begin work on it in a week or so.
